Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship?
We’re aiming to organise a 2–3 day event in Oxfordshire this autumn that will bring together brilliant minds from across the UK (and beyond!) to explore all things product, technology, and start-ups.
Why We Need You
We’re looking for enthusiastic Committee Members and Volunteers to help shape and run this event. Whether you’re from the public sector, local councils, small businesses or bigger organisations, your skills and knowledge will be a huge help in making this a vibrant and memorable gathering.
Our track ideas:
- Leadership – Hear from top leaders and share ideas on guiding teams to success.
- Software Engineering (x2 Tracks) – Delve into coding trends, new frameworks and best practices.
- Data – Discover how data can transform decision-making.
- DevOps – Explore the latest methods in continuous delivery and infrastructure.
- PeopleOps & DEI – Build inclusive, people-focused cultures.
- Quality & Test – Learn top testing strategies for reliable software.
- Hardware, Firmware & Embedded – See exciting demos of physical tech in action.
- AI & ML – Discuss cutting-edge research and real-world uses for artificial intelligence.

How You Can Help
As part of the planning committee, you’ll be involved in everything from shaping the event’s content to coordinating speakers, venues and schedules. Volunteers will help on the day with everything from registration to supporting workshops and panels.
