Working from home and covering regional and national customer sites, you'll play a key role in maintaining, installing, commissioning, and supporting a wide range of industrial pumping and rotating equipment. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse engineering projects while building strong customer relationships. This role offers excellent exposure to advanced mechanical and electrical systems, with opportunities for further training and future progression into more specialist and international field service positions. Take ownership of preventative maintenance and fault-finding activities on critical customer equipment. Install, commission, and optimise industrial pumping and rotating machinery. Develop your expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Work closely with customers to deliver outstanding technical support and service. Collaborate with engineering specialists to solve complex technical challenges. Build your experience across a broad range of industrial environments and applications. Enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by an experienced engineering team. Working with pumps, rotating equipment, motors, drives, or similar industrial systems. Reading engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. Delivering excellent customer service and building strong working relationships. A relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3/4, HNC, or equivalent experience). Several years of practical field service or maintenance engineering experience. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to service delivery. Electrical qualifications or experience (advantageous but not essential). A full UK driving licence. Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required.
