About You
This could suit someone with:
- Strong experience in mechanical engineering leadership or team management
- A hands-on mechanical design background
- Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks
- Knowledge of design reviews, documentation, BoM structures and product lifecycle processes
- A collaborative, practical approach to leading engineers and solving technical challenges
- An interest in mentoring, coaching and building team capability
Experience with FEA, DFM, GD&T, project delivery, NPI or external suppliers would be a bonus, but our client is open to transferable experience.
Package
Salary is expected to be in the region of £65,000–£85,000, alongside benefits including annual leave, pension contribution, private healthcare, death in service and a share scheme. This role is based in Oxfordshire, with hybrid flexibility available after an initial onboarding period.
