Our client is seeking a proactive and capable Senior HR Officer to join their established People team in Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who already has solid generalist experience and is ready to broaden their exposure to complex casework, stakeholder support and operational HR delivery. - Supporting the delivery of a professional and people-focused HR service

About YouYou are already working in a busy HR environment and feel ready to step into a broader generalist role with more advisory responsibility. You will likely bring:
- Experience in an HR Officer or HR Advisor role
- Practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Exposure to employee relations casework with the confidence to support managers
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
- Confidence using HR systems and working accurately with data
- Some experience supporting or supervising colleagues, or an interest in developing management capability
- Experience in larger or more complex organisations would be beneficial but is not essential.
