Our client is seeking a proactive and capable Senior HR Officer to join their established People team in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who already has solid generalist experience and is ready to broaden their exposure to complex casework, stakeholder support and operational HR delivery. About You

You are already working in a busy HR environment and feel ready to step into a broader generalist role with more advisory responsibility. You will likely bring:

  • Experience in an HR Officer or HR Advisor role
  • Practical knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Exposure to employee relations casework with the confidence to support managers
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
  • Confidence using HR systems and working accurately with data
  • Some experience supporting or supervising colleagues, or an interest in developing management capability
  • Experience in larger or more complex organisations would be beneficial but is not essential.
