Have you helped a growing product function become more structured, insight-led and scalable? Do you enjoy improving how Product Managers work, while still staying hands-on with tools and data? With over 20 Product Managers and Analysts already in place, they are now looking to appoint a Product Operations Manager to bring greater alignment, clarity and operational strength across the product community.
This is a newly created role designed to ensure product teams have the right processes, tooling and data to make confident, evidence-based decisions as the organisation continues to evolve. This position offers the chance to shape how a mature product function operates day to day while influencing its longer-term effectiveness.
- Improve how product data is captured, analysed and surfaced so Product Managers can act with clarity.
- Coach Product Managers on best practice and introduce practical improvements that raise overall capability.
- You might currently be in Product Operations, Senior Product Management, Business Analysis or a similar operationally focused role. What matters most is your experience in helping product teams become more effective.
- Experience driving alignment across multiple teams or business areas.
- The successful Product Operations Manager will help bring structure without stifling autonomy, ensuring best practice spreads quickly and tools genuinely support better outcomes.
Hybrid working is available with three days per week in the Oxford office. Competitive salary with flexibility depending on experience. Long-term career development as the organisation continues to grow.
