About You

You may already be an experienced Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, Assembly Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician or someone with a similar background who enjoys working with complex technical products. We're particularly interested in people who have experience with:

  • Building and testing advanced technology products
  • Electro-mechanical assembly
  • Optical assemblies, lasers or precision components
  • Wiring and soldering to recognised industry standards
  • Working alongside engineering teams during product development and release
  • Quality control, manufacturing engineering or process improvement activities
  • Reading and following technical documentation
  • Producing clear manufacturing records and build notes

Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:

  • Cleanroom environments
  • Optical systems, lasers or fibre technologies
  • Electronics and electro-mechanical systems
  • Semiconductor or other high-technology manufacturing sectors
