Their products support the development of next-generation technologies and play an important role in helping customers solve complex technical challenges.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join their Operations team, helping to build and test sophisticated systems while contributing to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and test complex sub-assemblies and precision systems
  • Follow and contribute to detailed build and test documentation
  • Work alongside engineering teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Support improvements to manufacturing processes and product quality
  • Help ensure products are delivered to customers on time and to the highest standards
  • Create clear build records and technical documentation
  • Contribute to Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly planning activities
  • Maintain exceptional standards across production and specialist working environments
  • Play an active role in promoting health, safety and operational excellence
About You

You may already be working as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar technical assembly environment and be looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills within an innovative organisation. You'll likely have experience in areas such as:

  • Building and testing complex technology-based products
  • Precision assembly and high-quality workmanship
  • Optical, electro-mechanical or electronic systems
  • Wiring and soldering to recognised industry standards
  • Supporting products through development and manufacturing lifecycles
  • Quality control, manufacturing support or production engineering activities
  • Working from technical documentation and build procedures

Most importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively and taking pride in producing high-quality work.
