🚀 Skills & Learning Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)

Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence and skills for the future? Do you enjoy designing engaging, inclusive learning experiences that make a real difference? We’re looking for a Skills & Learning Manager to lead the creation of impactful digital and in-person learning programmes that support students as they navigate early careers.
In this role, you’ll play a central part in developing outcome-driven learning experiences, from flagship e-learning programmes to live workshops and webinars. You’ll collaborate with a range of teams to deliver meaningful content that inspires students and meets the needs of partners and clients.
🌱 Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Deliver: Create high-quality, student-first learning content across formats – e-learning modules, webinars, toolkits, and interactive resources.
- Lead Innovation: Own the full instructional design process, using models like ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy to ensure content meets learner needs.
- Build Flagship Programmes: Lead on the design and development of a core learning programme focused on employability, confidence, and skills.
- Monitor & Improve: Use tools like Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Google Analytics and learner feedback to measure impact and refine content.
- Champion Learning: Act as a subject lead for instructional design and learning strategy, embedding a learner-first approach across the organisation.
👤 What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated self-starter with proven experience in instructional design or learning experience development.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory, learning design models, and experience with digital tools like Articulate 360 or other e-learning platforms.
- Excellent at turning complex content into engaging, accessible learning across a variety of formats (videos, podcasts, webinars, toolkits).
- Desirable: familiarity with UX writing or behavioural learning design.
