  • Collaborate across continents – work closely with logistics partners, overseas suppliers, and internal teams who care about what they do.
  • Shape the future – support the introduction of new components and tech as the company scales.
  • Make your mark – step into a business where your ideas are heard, your impact is visible, and your growth is supported.

About You

You\’re confident, curious, and happiest when you\’re solving problems and making things better. You’re comfortable juggling fast-moving priorities, and you know how to turn messy data into clean insight.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory or stock control
  • Strong skills with Sage 200 (or another ERP system)
  • Advanced Excel know-how for clean reporting and confident analysis
  • Experience managing stock across multi-site or international locations
  • Familiarity with working in physical product environments – from components to finished goods
  • Understanding of import/export processes and supply chain coordination
  • A proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and a love of structure
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car for occasional site visits

If you’re missing one or two of these, but have transferable skills and the passion to learn – still apply. We’d love to hear from you.

  • 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) plus up to 5 unpaid days
  • 5% pension contribution via salary exchange
  • Health cash plan, private healthcare options, and income protection
  • Hybrid working and flexible hours
  • Cycle to Work scheme, on-site parking, and employee discount platform
  • Potential share options – be part of the journey
