We’re working with a well established technology business whose software supports hundreds of thousands of users every day within a highly meaningful and people focused sector. Their platform is used at significant scale and they are continuing to invest heavily in modern engineering practices, product development, and long term platform evolution.
They are now looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join one of their cross functional teams. You’ll still be writing production code daily while helping lead a small team of developers within a modern Agile environment.
- Writing production code across the full stack, including backend services, frontend applications, databases, and infrastructure
- Working closely with Product Owners, Designers, and QA to deliver scalable, maintainable software
- Driving engineering standards through code reviews, testing, pairing, and technical leadership
- Contributing to architectural decisions and long term platform improvements
- Supporting CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices across your team’s domain
Strong software engineering background with experience across multiple technologies or object oriented languages. Experience working across the full stack within production environments. Commercial exposure to technologies such as PHP, Ruby, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, or similar. Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring developers within Agile teams.
Mostly remote with occasional travel - 1-2x a month. Strong benefits package.
