They are now seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to join their established development team, working on the next generation of cutting-edge hardware solutions.
The Opportunity:
Based in Oxfordshire, this role sits within a highly experienced multidisciplinary engineering group. Reporting to the Hardware Lead Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of complex electronic products used in performance-critical environments.

- Embed strong test coverage, DFM/DFT principles and regulatory compliance into your designs

About You
You’ll enjoy working on technically challenging products and be comfortable taking ownership of your designs. This role allows you to deepen your expertise while gaining exposure to sophisticated, real-world hardware systems.
Your experience may include:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering
- Strong foundations in high-speed digital design, with a working knowledge of analogue electronics
- Experience designing products for manufacture in a commercial environment
- A collaborative, proactive approach suited to a close-knit engineering team
It would be advantageous (but not essential) if you have experience or interest in:
- FPGA or VHDL-based design
- Imaging systems, sensors or optics
- Ethernet, RF or high-speed data interfaces
- Battery-powered or portable devices
Candidates with transferable skills or adjacent experience are encouraged to apply.
