Are you a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert ready to drive meaningful digital transformation? Join a purpose-driven organisation on a mission to support one of the most vital communities in the UK.
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled CRM Manager to take the lead on enhancing and embedding our Dynamics 365 platform across all areas of the organisation, from supporter engagement and service delivery to operations and analytics.

You\’ll be central to delivering a smarter, more connected ecosystem that enables deeper relationships, greater personalisation, and meaningful insight across the board. You\’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, shaping strategy and bringing innovation to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead configuration, customisation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn organisational needs into CRM capabilities.
- Oversee data architecture, compliance, and governance—ensuring GDPR alignment.
- Manage integrations with key systems (e.g., finance, events, volunteering).
- Deliver strategic insights via dashboards, reporting, segmentation, and engagement modelling.
- Create training materials, deliver workshops, and champion CRM best practice.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and integrations.
- Confidence with data governance, GDPR compliance, and user adoption strategies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the charity or non-profit sector.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Marketing, or Customer Insights.
- Understanding of fundraising, supporter engagement, or service delivery journeys.
