Our client, a UK-based charitable organisation, is embarking on a transformative CRM and data insight journey, and they’re looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to lead the way. Why This Role is Great Design and Own Impactful Journeys: You’ll craft automated supporter journeys from scratch, powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, to different audience types. Build a Smart Engagement Framework: Develop predictive models and engagement scoring to target communications more effectively. Drive Ethical Re-engagement: You\’ll design a thoughtful domain warm-up and re-permissioning strategy, ensuring that consent, relevance, and trust are at the core of every outreach. Shape the Data Strategy: Advise on long-term data structure, capture, and governance – creating foundations that others can build on confidently. Leave a Legacy: Your work will be fully documented and shared through training with internal teams, helping them run with your systems long after the project ends. About You In this project, you\’ll get to: Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing . Use your data profiling and segmentation experience to uncover real stories and behaviours behind the numbers. Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and partnerships teams to align data strategies across a values-driven organisation. Apply your knowledge of GDPR, email deliverability, and sender reputation to shape ethical, future-ready engagement. Create predictive models (such as churn risk or likelihood to re-donate) that make a tangible difference. Your Wishlist of Experience We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in areas such as: Designing audience journeys and segmentation in Dynamics 365. Warming up email domains and managing sender reputation. Creating scoring models and predictive tools using supporter data. Leading data-centric CRM projects in fixed-term or consultancy roles. Delivering documentation, guides, and workshops that empower others to sustain your work. Charity or non-profit sector familiarity (a bonus, not a must). What You\’ll Deliver By the end of your contract, you’ll have helped our client: Launch live, automated journeys with reusable templates. Establish supporter segments and scoring models within Customer Insights. Create a re-engaged, GDPR-compliant supporter base and CRM infrastructure. Provide training and guides for internal teams to build on your work independently.
