Our client, a leading professional body in the healthcare sector, is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join their team. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an improved IT, digital, and data strategy for the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and the Chief Executive Officer, the Programme Manager will work to address key challenges and ensure that the digital agenda aligns with evolving opportunities and objectives facing the organisation.

In many way, this Programme Manager role is a classic ‘people, process and technology’ role, and is all about changing processes, structures and technology to enable the organisation to better engage with its professional membership, stakeholder organisations, and government.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading transformational change as a Programme Manager, particularly in a traditional professional or clinical setting, and will be able to confidently engage with senior clinicians and stakeholders throughout the process. They will also be accomplished at assembling and leading high-performing teams to deliver IT and business-related change.

In addition, candidates should have experience working with in-house teams and integrating programmes into existing organisational or corporate structures. Budget management experience is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
