Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking an Associate Director, Audience Engagement to lead our cross-channel audience strategy and insights work. You will drive data-led engagement across social media, newsletters, podcasts, the website and other channels, partnering with the Director and senior teams to amplify HRW’s investigations and campaigns.
You will supervise the Audience Insight team and collaborate with content, social media, and production to ensure cohesive digital storytelling.
