Mission
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the delivery of an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and operational leaders, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and HR administration, helping to attract, develop and retain talented individuals across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including vacancy posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding administration
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, careers events, internship programmes and talent attraction campaigns
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel documentation in line with company policies and employment legislation
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new starters
  • Support learning and development initiatives, training compliance and employee development activities
  • Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture programmes across the hotel
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers, responding to queries and directing requests appropriately
  • Prepare HR reports and monitor key people metrics including recruitment, training and engagement KPIs
  • Support internal communication initiatives and HR projects that contribute to a positive workplace culture

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Coordinator, HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar HR role
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong administrative and data management skills
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Positive, proactive and service-oriented approach
  • Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous
