Our Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Degree or equivalent in sport or youth work, or recent relevant experience
- Level 2 Coaching qualification
- Accredited First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 English and Maths or Equivalent
- A good understanding of developing enrichment and student voice initiatives
- Experience of collecting and analysing data to inform decision making
- Experience of organising and delivering engaging presentations
Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults:
