Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or equivalent in sport or youth work, or recent relevant experience
  • Level 2 Coaching qualification
  • Accredited First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Level 2 English and Maths or Equivalent
  • A good understanding of developing enrichment and student voice initiatives
  • Experience of collecting and analysing data to inform decision making
  • Experience of organising and delivering engaging presentations
