Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to support recruitment activities. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and assisting in the hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Contact candidates to arrange interview appointments
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone or messaging
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
