About this Role
This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of blended finance structuring and design. The role involves supporting the creation and development of blended finance facilities and funds, working across the full lifecycle from initial investment thesis development through capital stack design to governance frameworks and instrument selection. The successful candidate will be part of a team working on live mandates with development finance institutions, donors, and private investors. This is demanding, detail-heavy work that requires genuine analytical rigor and a commitment to excellence. The role provides exposure to real development and climate finance opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies, with mentorship from senior partners who have deep experience in complex finance structuring.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and structuring options for facilities and funds
- Prepare investment cases, memos, and investor-facing materials
- Coordinate with DFIs, donors, and private investors on live mandates
- Contribute to results frameworks and delivery models
