We are currently partnering with a number of prestigious luxury hotels in London to recruit Turndown Attendants to join their Housekeeping team. The Role

As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment in line with the hotels luxury standards. You will play a key role in delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented service, ensuring every room reflects the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out evening turndown service to the highest standard
  • Refresh guest rooms, including bedding, amenities and presentation
  • Create a warm and inviting environment for guests returning to their rooms
  • Ensure all areas are maintained to impeccable cleanliness and detail
  • Replenish amenities and report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure consistency across the property
