We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent and Development Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00am–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee development initiatives across the organisation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and selecting high-quality talent.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Work closely with managers to identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee performance and career growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and training programmes.

About You

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and stakeholder management within a professional HR or People function.
  • Experience within luxury hospitality environments, including 5-star hotels, high-end establishments, or private members' clubs.
  • Strong organisational, communication, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse workforce data and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
