Salary: £39,500β£41,600 per annum (£19β£20 per hour)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
- Supervise and guide the kitchen brigade to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Manage food preparation and service in alignment with brand standards and health & safety regulations
- Contribute to menu development and creative seasonal updates
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a luxury hospitality or fine dining setting
- Expertise in Japanese cuisine is essential
- Legally eligible to live and work in the UK
