Residential Duty Manager

We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking a passionate Residential Duty Manager to join one of London’s most vibrant residential communities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspire concierge teams across several key sites.
• Ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.
• Generate ideas and organize new events to engage residents.
• Assist the Operations Manager in conducting regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections.

About You:

• At least one year of experience as a Residential Duty Manager in a residential property.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Due to the nature of the role, Mandarin speakers are preferred.
