Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding experiences for customers and colleagues, enhancing and strengthening the brand.
  • Reception Services Management: Coach and develop the reception team, create development plans, and lead by example.
  • Business Development: Participate in and support sales presentations, client meetings, and site tours.
  • Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration and management.

About You

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment or a senior hospitality role, such as Front of House Manager or Director of Rooms.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
  • A natural leader with excellent people-management skills.
