Night Concierge (Mandarin Speaker)– Luxury Residential Building

We are looking for a passionate Night Concierge who understands the high expectations of luxury living and can provide a bespoke service that reflects the quality and exclusivity of the building.

• Pitman rota. Night shifts: 20:00 – 08:00,

What You’ll Do:

• Provide an impeccable level of customer service to all residents, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
• Manage guest access, deliveries, reservations, and all incoming requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with event planning, special requests, and personal concierge services for residents
• Ensure the smooth operation of the building, especially during night shifts, handling any emergencies or issues with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For:

• Mandarin speaker (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury property or high-end concierge role
• A passion for delivering exceptional service, with an eye for detail and a calm, professional manner
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and external parties
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
