Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
  • Coordinate bookings for dining, transportation, wellness appointments and bespoke private services.
  • Manage parcel handling, key control procedures and visitor records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support resident move-ins, move-outs and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist residents with day-to-day requests and provide a highly personalised service.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the property and local area to confidently assist residents and guests.

About You

  • Previous experience as a

Concierge within a luxury five-star hotel or high-end residential environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, polished and professional manner.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
