Key Responsibilities:

- Leading, motivating, and developing the Front of House team (2 Hostesses) to maintain a consistently high standard of service and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines—from rostering to service delivery.
- Ensure areas are impeccably presented and well-maintained.
- Assist in sales & marketing events within the company.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Guest Services Manager or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
