We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Manager to join a global finance group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders, including visitors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Oversee events for both internal and external clients, including conferences, roadshows, town halls, and corporate entertainment such as dinners, drinks receptions, yoga sessions, and barbecues.
  • Manage events with capacities of up to 300 attendees.
  • Organise workloads and prioritise tasks within a busy, fast-paced department overseeing approximately 80–100 events per month.
  • Lead and manage the Events team (3 team members) and the Advance Booking Office team (4 team members).

  • Previous experience in corporate or luxury hotel events.
