Salary: £33,000, Shift Pattern: 7:00am–7:00pm, Pitman rota (2 ON, 2 OFF, 3 ON, 2 OFF, 2 ON, 3 OFF)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Coordinate bookings for dining, transportation, wellness appointments and bespoke private services.
- Manage parcel handling, key control procedures and visitor records with accuracy and discretion.
- Support resident move-ins, move-outs and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist residents with day-to-day requests and provide a highly personalised service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the property and local area to confidently assist residents and guests.
About You
- Previous experience as a Concierge within a luxury five-star hotel or high-end residential environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, polished and professional manner.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
