We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity to become part of the concierge team at a newly opened luxury residential tower in the heart of Canary Wharf. With breathtaking views and world-class amenities, this 67-story development offers 1-3 bedroom apartments designed for the most discerning residents. We are looking for passionate, professional, and experienced concierge team members who understand the high expectations of luxury living and can provide a bespoke service that reflects the quality and exclusivity of our building. Position: Day and Night Concierge Location: Canary Wharf Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7am-7pm or 8am-8pm for day shifts; 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am for night shifts) Salary: £30,000 per year Team Size: 2 Concierge per shift What You’ll Do: Provide an impeccable level of customer service to all residents, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Manage guest access, deliveries, reservations, and all incoming requests promptly and professionally. Oversee building services and liaise with external contractors, ensuring all maintenance and upkeep meet the high standards of the development. Assist with event planning, special requests, and personal concierge services for residents. Ensure the smooth running of all operations in the building, especially during night shifts, handling any emergencies or issues that arise with professionalism and discretion. What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in a luxury property or high-end concierge role. A passion for delivering exceptional service with an eye for detail and a calm, professional manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and external parties.
