This is a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate should be based within EMEA (+/- 4 hours from GMT).

About The Role: As Senior Content Marketer at Human Made, you'll be stepping into a high-functioning commercial team that is successfully delivering company growth, and is proud of its industry-leading market position. Content plays a huge role in this, and finding the right maternity cover hire to ensure we continue to thrive is a hugely important part of the year ahead.
You will own our content and campaign output, upholding editorial standards and performance, making sure everything we put out earns its place by driving inbound leads, boosting ICP engagement, and arming our sales and accounts teams with what they need to succeed. This is a hands-on role with real strategic responsibility. You'll be the content voice and the growth lens at the same time. We’re looking for someone with a full funnel view, someone equally as comfortable digging into prospect lead scoring as they are creating content for our newsletter.
You’ll have the autonomy to experiment and make decisions, as well as the support of a tight-knit marketing team, battle-proven commercial processes, and unrivalled expertise across the wider business. You'll work towards a clear set of growth-focused metrics covering inbound leads, content performance, and ICP engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the publishing calendar across all channels and make sure we're shipping consistently.
- Create content; thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email newsletters, and sales enablement assets.
- Track and report on marketing and funnel metrics.
- Uphold our editorial standards across everything that goes out.
- Brief, manage and quality-control freelance writers, designers and other specialists.
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy and execution.
- Own our social media channels - planning, posting, community engagement and follower growth.
- Manage our website - keeping content fresh, optimised and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Run our email newsletter programme; from planning through to send and reporting.
- Partner with the sales team to produce and maintain sales enablement and account-specific content.
- Own lead scoring and prospect-related CRM initiatives.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience owning content strategy end-to-end; from planning through to execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail and a high bar for everything that goes out.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), WordPress (or equivalent CMS), and Google Analytics.
- Confidence using AI tools to accelerate and improve workflows.
- A commercial mindset - you understand how content drives pipeline, and you care about growth.
- Experience managing freelancers and external content partners.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
- A growth mindset, and a can-do attitude.
Desired:
- Experience marketing to enterprise or technical audiences.
- Background in B2B services, agency or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with WordPress as a product.
- Experience with SEO and emerging GEO/AI search optimisation practices.
- A track record of growing engaged audiences on LinkedIn or other social channels.
