Human Library Cafe is a purpose-driven initiative focused on storytelling, community dialogue, and experiential learning. We create spaces—online and offline—where real people share real stories to build empathy, perspective, and social understanding. The vision is to scale this into a sustainable, pan-India (and global) platform across education, mental well-being, culture, and community engagement. We are now looking for a Co-Founder who believes in this vision and is ready to build and scale the venture together, with both strategic involvement and investment.
Who We're Looking For
- Has experience in startups, scaling businesses, strategy, or operations
- Brings financial investment and/or access to capital
- Thinks long-term and is comfortable building from the ground up
- Believes in purpose-led businesses, education, culture, or community platforms
- Is willing to be hands-on in the early stages
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create the vision, business model, and growth strategy
- Lead or support fundraising, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Help scale Human Library Cafe into:
- Schools & universities
- Corporate learning & leadership programs
- Cultural spaces & cafés
- Digital storytelling platforms
Investment & Equity
- This is a Co-Founder role with equity
- Investment amount and structure are open for discussion
- Equity will reflect capital + time + strategic contribution
