A bit about the role
We\'re now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory across three warehouses. This role is critical for maintaining stock accuracy, preventing shortages or excess, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock records for all bikes frames, parts, and accessories across three warehouses
- Conduct regular stock counts and consumption rate
- Ensure correct labeling, binning, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitor and investigate slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete stock and report accordingly
Stock Movement & Documentation
- Record all receipts, transfers, and dispatches in the inventory system
- Check and verify stock issued for bike refurbishment, repairs orders
- Ensure all inter-warehouse stock transfers are properly documented and reconciled
- Support warehouse staff in proper stock handling procedures
Reporting & Support
- Highlight shortages, risks of stock-outs, or overstocking issues
- Provide accurate stock data to assist procurement and supply chain
Operational Support
- Order and manage warehouse consumables to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Assist in implementing warehouse processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are:
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic IT and systems knowledge (e.g., Excel, ERP/WMS)
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with warehouses and internal teams
- Proactive mindset to flag issues and suggest improvements

5 days a week on-site in one of our three warehouses
