A bit about Forest
We’re Forest. You know, those shared green ebikes in London that look like trees. We’re London’s most sustainable shared ebike operator. We bridge the gap between affordability and sustainability, using advertising revenue to offer all users 10 minutes of free cycling every day. Our mission is to help cities move greener - and we’re growing fast.
A bit about the role
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and grow our corporate subscriptions. You’ll sign up new partners, deepen relationships with existing businesses, and drive adoption of our Cycle to Work offering across hundreds of organisations already registered with Forest. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, and help shape the future of sustainable urban transport in London. If you love building relationships, thrive in a high-energy environment, and believe in the power of purpose-led work, join us for the ride.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Grow adoption of Forest’s Cycle to Work subscription by developing relationships with our network of registered businesses.
- Sign up new Cycle to Work channel partners and benefits providers to drive business registrations.
- Represent Forest at corporate events, presenting to potential clients and their employees.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach across social, email, and phone.
- Pitch “Forest for Work” to businesses, showcasing how Forest supports healthier, greener commutes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop fun and engaging content that increases engagement.
- Manage corporate accounts, ensuring CRM data and subscriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and progress your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping activity well-organised and measurable.
- Work closely with the wider Sales team to continuously refine our outreach and engagement strategies.
Who you are:
- 2–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (ideally B2B).
- A confident communicator who’s comfortable speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups.
- Energetic, proactive, and persistent — you take ownership and push things forward.
- Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- A creative problem-solver who thinks ahead and adapts quickly.
- A strong team player who enjoys sharing ideas and celebrating team wins.
Location: Moorgate, London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
What you’ll get in return:
- Free Forest bike rides.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Health Insurance Cashplan.
- Annual personal development budget.
- Birthday off.
- Free lunch on Fridays.
- Enhanced Parental Leave.
- Regular Socials.
