We are working with a well-established UK lifting solutions business that designs, supplies and supports overhead crane systems for a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Engineer to develop and manage customer relationships across the Midlands and South East, with some UK-wide travel as required.
This is a consultative, solutions-led sales role, well suited to someone with an engineering background who enjoys working closely with customers to solve lifting and material handling challenges.
The role:
- Selling overhead crane systems and associated lifting solutions into a broad mix of industrial environments
- Managing and developing an existing customer base while identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Working closely with customers to understand their operational needs and propose technically appropriate solutions
- Producing quotations, proposals and supporting technical documentation
- Liaising with internal engineering, project and service teams to ensure smooth delivery from enquiry through to installation
- Attending site visits, surveys and customer meetings across your territory
Territory:
- Primary focus on the Midlands and South East of England
- Some UK-wide travel will be required depending on projects and customer needs
