We are seeking skilled and experienced Crane Engineers to join a team in key locations across the UK and Ireland. As a Port Crane Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our port cranes, including STS, RTG, and mobile harbour cranes. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. If you have a passion for mechanical or electrical engineering and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Experience of working on either STS, RTG, or mobile harbour cranes
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid certification in crane operation and maintenance (e.g. CPCS, IPAF)
- NVQ level 3 in electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in crane maintenance
- Experience working in a similar industry (e.g. oil and gas, construction)
- Experience with crane electrical systems and control systems
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems
- Experience with mobile crane operation and maintenance
- Certification in first aid and fire safety
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
