Human Engineering is recruiting for a mechanically biased Engineer to work on a varied range of pumps, mechanical equipment and associated site equipment across the West London area. This role would suit someone with experience in mechanical fitting, pump repair, plant maintenance, hire equipment, diesel equipment, hydraulics or general engineering repair work. The work is practical, varied and suited to someone who enjoys getting equipment repaired, tested and back into use quickly.

The role will involve:

  • Servicing, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment
  • Fault finding on pumps, small plant and diesel-driven equipment
  • Carrying out mechanical repairs, strip-downs and rebuilds
  • Preparing equipment for customer use
  • Supporting workshop, depot or site-based repairs
  • Completing job cards, inspection records and service paperwork
