Job Type: Permanent

Human Engineering is recruiting for a Site Installer / Steelwork Installer for work in the Northampton and Midlands area. This role would suit someone with experience in steelwork, site installation, mechanical installation, structural steel, industrial installation, lifting operations or similar site-based engineering work.

We are looking for reliable, practical candidates who are comfortable working on construction, engineering or industrial sites and can work well as part of a site team.

The role will involve:

  • Installing steelwork and associated site equipment
  • Working as part of an installation team
  • Reading basic drawings and following installation instructions
  • Using hand tools, power tools and site equipment
  • Supporting positioning, fixing, bolting and fitting work
  • Following RAMS and site procedures
