Human Engineering is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Manager for an established UK engineering and capital equipment manufacturer. This is a senior, business-facing role with responsibility for the contractual lifecycle of complex engineered projects. You will work across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Project Delivery, helping the business secure profitable contracts while controlling legal, commercial and operational risk. The position combines contract negotiation, bid support, commercial risk management, project governance, claims management and early dispute resolution.
