We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful experiences supporting senior leadership teams to improve performance, productivity, and culture. This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
Your contributions include:
- Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Design customized leadership development programs on various topics.
- Deliver remote Learning and Leadership Development Programs.
- Conduct Executive and feedback coaching using CORE assessment tools, and scale programs via 'Train-the-Trainer' sessions.
- Leverage existing building blocks to create new programs.
- Build productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Co-create transformative team leadership development journeys.
- Apply organizational change management approaches and tools.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
- ICF Coaching Certification.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating effective team meetings and content.
- Experience consulting in-house is a plus.
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with strategic engagement eagerness.
- Growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
