We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and take on the role of Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture.
Your contribution:
- Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics.
- Deliver Learning and Leadership Development Programs (remotely).
- Deliver Executive Coaching and feedback coaching with our CORE assessment products, as well as Train-the-Trainer programs for scaling.
- Leverage current building blocks to create new programs.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with clients.
- Responsible for co-creating game-changing team leadership development journeys.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience.
- University degree (Bachelor) in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable.
- Coaching Certification (ICF).
- Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams.
- Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials.
- Experience consulting in-house with a consultancy firm is nice to have.
- Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Ability to move seamlessly from strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) to tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes) as needed.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas.
