Senior Innovation & Development Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team and take on the role of Senior Leadership Development Consultant . In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture. The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching. Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics. Deliver Leadership Development Programs. Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions. Responsible for co creating game-changing team leadership development journeys. 10+ years of experience University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master\’s degree desirable. ~ Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance ~ Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams. ~ Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials. ~ Imagine if organizations could propel faster with thriving teams, people energized by tapping into their core talents and inspired by company purpose.
