This Property and Construction Consultancy is built on sustainability, social responsibility, and genuinely looking after its people.

As they expand their commitment to creating a more sustainable built environment, they are now looking for a Principal Sustainability Consultant to lead and grow a new Sustainability business unit from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone currently operating at a Principal level who\’s ready to step into a true leadership role, one where you\’ll help define strategy and roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

You\’ll join a collaborative team and work closely with the Founding Directors. They also provide a CIBSE-approved Training and Development Program to support your path to chartership.

As a Principal Sustainability Consultant, you\’ll be involved in driving new business opportunities, expanding their sustainability services, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

In return, you\’ll receive a guaranteed annual bonus of up to 15% and the flexibility of working in the office only one day per week. You\’ll also be able to work on projects across the education, commercial office, and hospitality sectors.

Requirements

• Experience delivering sustainability and energy-related services within the built environment.
• Strong commercial and client-facing acumen, with the ability to win work.
• Experience in Low Carbon Energy Assessment, Overheating Analysis, and Operational Energy Modelling.
