Offering a clear path to Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity created due to the upcoming retirement of the current M&E Partner.
As a Director of Building Services, you'll be involved in a range of high-profile commercial offices, hotels, retail and complex industrial projects.
You won't be micromanaged and will enjoy full autonomy over your team and projects.
In addition to a salary in the region of £110 - £130K, they also offer:
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and two from home
- Annual profit share
- 25 days leave
- Clear bonuses based on the profit you personally generate (can be up to 40% bonus)
