Are you a Principal Sustainability Consultant ready to step up into an Associate role? Interested in driving meaningful environmental impact within a rapidly growing commercial real estate advisory firm? This Property and Construction Consultancy is built on sustainability, social responsibility, and genuinely looking after its people.
As they expand their commitment to creating a more sustainable built environment, they are now looking for a Principal Sustainability Consultant to lead and grow a new Sustainability business unit from the ground up. This is an opportunity for someone currently operating at a Principal level who is ready to step into a true leadership role, one where you will help define strategy and roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
You will join a collaborative team and work closely with the Founding Directors. They also provide a CIBSE-approved Training and Development Program to support your path to chartership.
As a Principal Sustainability Consultant, you will be involved in driving new business opportunities, expanding their sustainability services, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. In return, you will receive a guaranteed annual bonus of up to 15% and the flexibility of working in the office only one day per week. You will also be able to work on projects across the education, commercial office, and hospitality sectors.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering sustainability and energy-related services within the built environment.
- Strong commercial and client-facing acumen, with the ability to win work.
- Experience in Low Carbon Energy Assessment, Overheating Analysis, and Operational Energy Modelling.
