Electrical Associate Director – To £100K + Package + Equity Believe in quality over quantity? If so, you'll love working at this medium sized consultancy as they never take on more projects than they can actually deliver well. As an Electrical Associate Director, you'll enjoy work closely with Architects and leading projects through from inception to construction. Current projects include a variety of innovative, low carbon buildings including hotels, museums, commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and education buildings across the UK and also in Europe. You'll use your knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, sustainability, and environmental design to ensure that the building services are fully integrated and coordinated within a building. You'll manage the workload of the electrical team, help develop their skills, share your knowledge, and offer guidance when required. You will prepare proposals and scopes of services, negotiate with project managers and clients to reach positive, collaborative outcomes whilst promoting low energy sustainable design solutions.
