Director of Building Services – £110 to £130K\\n\\nEstablished over 50 years ago, this Building Services Consultancy has consistently punched above their weight in terms of projects.\\n\\nWith 55 MEP Design Engineers located from two UK offices; they are trusted by some of London's largest developers, project managers and blue-chip clients.\\n\\nWhy?\\n\\nBecause they consistently deliver a level of detail, that other consultancies are just not able to produce.\\n\\nThey have a tried and tested business model which encourages innovation and has allowed them to build up almost £20M in retained profit.\\n\\nOffering a clear path to Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity. It has only been created due to the up coming retirement of the current M&E Partner.\\n\\nHaving visited the office myself, you get an insight into their culture.
