As a Principal Electrical Engineer , you will take technical ownership of projects from initial feasibility and concept design through detailed design, tender and construction. Projects are diverse and include Healthcare, Commercial, Education, Defence, Leisure, Residential and Public Sector , with the consultancy having a particularly strong reputation within Healthcare. Leading Electrical Building Services designs from concept through to completion. Surveys, feasibility studies, option appraisals and lifecycle studies. Leading BIM/Revit coordination and championing ElectricalOM. Attending and chairing design, technical, value engineering and risk workshops. Tender reviews, contractor recommendations and construction-stage involvement. Developing low-energy and low-carbon solutions, including Net Zero, TM54 and TM65 considerations. Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the consultancy. You should ideally be a degree-qualified Electrical or Building Services Engineer with good UK Building Services Consultancy experience.
