The Role
You will play a key role in the delivery of Electrical Building Services Design projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the Electrical and Mechanical Directors, you will be involved in both project delivery and helping to support the continued growth of the electrical team. This appointment forms part of a wider succession and growth strategy as the business strengthens its permanent engineering team and continues to develop its long-term capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Electrical Design and delivery of Building Services projects across multiple sectors.
- Produce and review electrical designs, calculations, specifications and technical reports.
- Attend client, design and project meetings.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, Revit technicians and wider project teams.
- Support Junior and Intermediate Engineers where required.
- Undertake site visits and inspections.
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

- Ability to manage projects and liaise directly with clients.
- Familiarity with relevant UK regulations and design standards.
